Founded in 2007, the Power of Choice is a prevention and intervention program that supports youth, educators and parents in breaking free from bad habits of all kinds, including drugs, alcohol, tobacco, over-eating, under-eating, shyness, procrastination, negative thinking, bullying, abuse, lying and self-harm, amongst many others.
Consisting of a powerful keynote assembly, two workshops and a mentored 28-day program, the Power of Choice program addresses the root cause that drives all self-defeating behaviors and provides participants with effective methods to prevent, reduce and eliminate them.
Ultimately, the program results in a Healthy Habits Club being formed within the community.
Since its inception, the Power of Choice program has been delivered to thousands of students and adults in secular, religious, first nations and private schools. With a proven, measurable and non-invasive approach, Power of Choice is producing phenomenal results for people from all cultural backgrounds, as evidenced by the enthusiastic testimonials from our participants, parents, teachers, sponsors and community leaders.
